Job Overview In this remote, full-time position, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues related to our Fitness Programs. Responsibilities Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of all arenaflex Fitness products and programs, ensuring accurate and timely support to our members. Answer incoming calls on our telephone system in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner, adhering to our high standards of customer service. Ascertain the nature of each call, record relevant information in our systems, and provide solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Interact positively with internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships that reflect our company values. Coordinate the collection of necessary information, including member co-pays or payments, and forward documentation to our Research Team for follow-up when required. Analyze information, problems, and issues to develop effective solutions, ensuring member satisfaction with our Fitness programs. Research unique questions using all available resources and refer complex issues to your Supervisor for guidance. Manage your time efficiently to ensure calls are answered within required timeframes, and conduct timely follow-ups as needed. Exercise strict confidentiality in all matters relating to member experiences with our Fitness program, adhering to our data protection policies. Participate in meetings and discussions to foster teamwork, address issues, and continuously improve our customer service delivery. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with one year of experience in customer service, preferably in an inbound call center environment. Basic experience with MS Office and familiarity with healthcare or fitness programs (desired but not essential). Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively and respectfully with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail, with the capacity to analyze information and develop effective solutions. Ability to exercise strict confidentiality and maintain data protection standards.
