Job Summary: Providing World-Class Customer Support in a Fast-Paced Environment We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to work on-call 3 days a week, handling a moderate call volume of 15-25 calls per day, with an average call length of 6 minutes. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring every customer receives exceptional service, resolving inquiries promptly, and providing accurate information about our services. Your role will also involve scheduling for our crew, responding to guest reviews, checking and responding to emails, and monitoring our crew's group chat during peak hours. Key Responsibilities: Where Your Skills and Passion Come Together Customer Support: Handle 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. Respond to text messages and resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring timely and effective communication. Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding our services and general inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of our hospitality solutions. Troubleshoot any issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to our customers. Administrative Tasks: Create and manage our crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor our crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, addressing questions, solving problems, and providing guidance as needed, to ensure our team is always supported and informed. Regularly check and respond to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Respond to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times, and demonstrating our commitment to exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
