Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, including advisors, clients, and relationship partners, providing timely and effective solutions to their service issues, requests, and inquiries. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner Communicate directly with customers to research and resolve complex problems, using your knowledge of our products and services to provide effective solutions Develop a deep understanding of our procedures and policies, in order to educate customers and facilitate efficient self-service Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers, and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners Collaborate with internal teams, including coaches and service partners, to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues Enter relevant information into our systems, to ensure accurate records and prompt resolution of customer inquiries Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to customers in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to possess excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and troubleshoot complex issues.
