Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their Medicare benefits, claims, and enrollment Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues efficiently Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer complaints and concerns Consistently demonstrate a customer-focused approach, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and supportive Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on empathy, problem-solving, and communication.
