Job Overview In this part-time customer support role, you will be responsible for supporting client success and resolving moderately complex requests or issues from clients regarding financial products and services. You will communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, chat, video conferencing, and other lines of communication. Your primary goal will be to provide a superior client experience while adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
