Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be working as a Customer Service Representative for our Merchant Services team, reporting to the Merchant Services Manager. As a specialist-level individual contributor, you will be responsible for providing expert support, guidance, and coaching to your colleagues, while also driving best practices in issue resolution, metrics monitoring, and team leadership. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive business growth, and contribute to the success of our merchant partners.
