Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to merchants and customers via phone, email, and chat Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Offer mentorship and support to colleagues to improve their performance and achieve team goals Collaborate with the Merchant Services team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert support to merchants and customers Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a merchant services or similar industry. You should be highly motivated, client-driven, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
