Job Overview In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for handling inbound, outbound, and email responses related to shareholder communications. Your primary objective will be to provide accurate and helpful information to individual investors, addressing their concerns and directing them to the appropriate resources. You will be working on a contested proxy meeting campaign, where you will need to effectively communicate the importance of ignoring misinformation and supporting the current management team. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email responses, in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate and timely information to individual investors, addressing their concerns and questions Direct investors to the appropriate resources, such as voting instructions and campaign materials Effectively communicate the importance of supporting the current management team and ignoring misinformation Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring that all interactions are handled efficiently and effectively Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay up-to-date on campaign developments and best practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required At least 6 months of customer service, data entry, or related experience Good speaking voice and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment Knowledge of shareholder communications or proxy meetings Experience working with dual monitors and USB headsets Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications Equipment Requirements To perform this role, you will need to have the following equipment: MacBook (with current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11) computer USB headset (no wireless) Dual monitors (beneficial but not required) Internet speed of at least 50 download/10 upload Ability to come off mute when called on, participate in chat, and complete tasks as requested Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication skills : ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong problem-solving skills : ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment : meet productivity standards and adapt to changing situations Technical skills : proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications Attention to detail : ability to accurately process information and maintain high-quality standards Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
