Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide critical support for data management and maintenance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our provider data. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining and transacting data for basic to complex data transactions, supporting projects, expansions, and new product introductions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our members receive high-quality provider data, driving better health outcomes and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and transact data in connection with projects, expansions, and new product introductions Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality provider data for our members Provide operational support for data management and maintenance Clean up and maintain data for basic to complex data transactions Work effectively in a production setting, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbally, with internal stakeholders and team members Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of one year's experience managing multiple databases More than a decade of experience in provider data maintenance More than a decade of experience in provider data service Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a production setting Proven track record of prioritizing work and collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations Knowledge of clear and concise writing and speaking skills Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with EPDB or Provider Data of at least one year Associate's degree or equivalent work experience What We Offer: At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the well-being and growth of our employees.
