About the Role The Customer Service Representative position at arenaflex is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, solving unique issues, and sharing their technical knowledge with confidence and professionalism. As the primary point of contact for high-level customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that arenaflex's VIP customers have an exceptional experience from the point of purchase to the event itself. Key Responsibilities Maintain an excellent customer experience through tone, empathy, confidence, and attention to detail in all interactions. Develop and present efficient and effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and care. Update internal order notes accurately and follow proper procedures during all customer and seller interactions to ensure seamless experiences. Maintain thorough knowledge of arenaflex's values, processes, and policies to ensure the proper exchange of information, order replacements, refunds, credits, etc. Utilize empathy and professionalism in every interaction to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, reflecting arenaflex's commitment to customer satisfaction. This progression is designed to ensure your growth and success within the team. 30 Days In Complete new hire orientation to gain the necessary resources for success. Learn about the ticket marketplace and your contribution to providing great experiences for fans and sellers. Acclimate to team and company norms, business objectives, and arenaflex's values. Understand the flow of buyer orders and entry-level call inquiries. Become familiar with company policies and processes. Navigate and resolve non-complex calls, completing training with a deep understanding of your role in lowering customer anxiety. 90 Days In Contribute to approaches, methods, and technologies that support overall business goals, drive team efficiencies, and reduce customer anxiety. Maintain, harvest, and aid internal and external relationships to achieve progress and advance objectives. Exhibit a deep understanding and application of industry and company processes, including replacing ticket inventory and navigating escalated contacts. 180 Days In Apply methods to execute individual tasks that positively impact the team. What You'll Bring To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you should possess: Work experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or service-related industry. Computer proficiency, including the ability to maintain a 50+ WPM typing speed and efficiently operate basic PC/web browser functionality. Excellent empathy, confidence, and patience in handling customer inquiries. Strong written communication skills with an aptitude for grammar and spelling accuracy. Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Self-reliance and the ability to work with minimum supervision. Research skills to troubleshoot customer issues effectively. Flexibility in work hours as needed. A genuine interest in live events, sports, and entertainment. Work Schedule and Benefits arenaflex offers a hybrid work model that combines office and remote work, providing flexibility and work-life balance. The initial two weeks of employment are dedicated to training, which is paid, and takes place Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. The regular schedule includes hours from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, with days off on Thurs/Fri, Sun/Mon, or Sun/Wed. arenaflex also offers a competitive compensation package, including a $40,000 base salary, overtime eligibility, bi-annual bonuses, and an annual equity grant.
