Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred. Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
