Job Summary We are seeking a full-time or part-time Customer Service Representative to work nights and weekends, reporting to our Club Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet and meet potential members, providing a warm and welcoming experience that showcases the benefits of joining blithequark. Handle front desk related tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information about our services and amenities. Conduct tours of our facilities, highlighting the features and benefits of our fitness programs and services. Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updates to member account information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Facilitate member services issues and questions, escalating concerns to our Club Manager or other senior team members as needed. Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of our club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members and guests. Lift up to 50 pounds less than 30% of the time, with occasional lifting of equipment or materials.
