Job Summary We are seeking a full-time or part-time Customer Service Representative to work nights and weekends, reporting to our Club Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new member sales, creating a positive member experience, and providing a superior level of customer service to all individuals who interact with blithequark. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet and meet potential members, providing a warm and welcoming experience that showcases the benefits of joining blithequark. Handle front desk related tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information about our services and amenities. Conduct tours of our facilities, highlighting the features and benefits of our fitness programs and services. Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updates to member account information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Facilitate member services issues and questions, escalating concerns to our Club Manager or other senior team members as needed. Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of our club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members and guests. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications: Honesty and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Physical Demands This role will require you to: Stand and walk for at least 75% of your shift, with frequent movement around the club. Talk in person or on the phone for at least 75% of your shift, with frequent interactions with members and guests. Lift up to 50 pounds less than 30% of the time, with occasional lifting of equipment or materials.
