Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with clients and provide exceptional service. Excellent communication skills over the phone and other communication platforms, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in using software applications and technology to manage customer interactions and data.
