Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, instructing customers in equipment operation, and performing maintenance and technical support on various products, including equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software. You will work closely with our customers to troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. Key Responsibilities Instruct customers in equipment operation and provide technical assistance to ensure seamless system performance Perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on products, including equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software over the phone Analyze and evaluate products and related performance to identify areas for improvement Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance Install, upgrade, and remove products, ensuring coordinative engineering field change and completing system programming and optimization as part of the installation process Perform routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing, and replacing equipment components Provide on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting to ensure customers are equipped to use our systems effectively Maintain effective customer communications and relations, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma plus advanced training, and 3-4 years of experience in a related field Ability to work after hours/weekend telephone support on a rotating basis, ensuring our customers receive support whenever they need it Strong technical skills and knowledge of equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Familiarity with Air Force BMC Remedy trouble ticket system, Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS), and Integrated Data Maintenance System (IMDS) Course completion certification for Microsoft Windows 10, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Special Requirements and Security Clearance This position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance, and you must be willing to obtain and maintain this clearance to work on our team.
