As a CSR, you will play a vital role in resolving member concerns, answering questions, and providing support to ensure our members receive the best possible service. Job Overview In this full remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, addressing their questions and concerns about our service offerings. You will work in a structured environment with protocols and scripts to ensure consistency in scheduling, modifying, and canceling customer reservations. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate and timely resolutions to member concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correctly documented. You will speak with members daily, answering their transportation questions and supporting them in their journey towards positive health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring all relevant information is correct and timely Follow company procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in resolving member concerns Input accurate trip data into our systems, ensuring seamless execution of our services Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, adhering to our standards of excellence Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution Multitask effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems Review and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage, ensuring they are well-informed and empowered Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) 0-2 years of related experience in customer service or a contact center environment 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience, with a strong understanding of service-oriented principles Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to type 35wpm or more, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers Ability to work independently under general supervision, with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a remote work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms Knowledge of insurance coverage and transportation services, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse member populations Work Environment and Company Culture At arenaflex, we value our team members and recognize the importance of a positive work environment.
