Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 2+ years of experience in customer service-related positions, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support. High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-call volume work environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality of work. Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced skills preferred. Detail-oriented, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and an ability to multitask. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Advanced knowledge of customer service software and technology, with experience in a remote or call center environment. Experience working in a professional office setting, with the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required. Ability to work effectively and cheerfully in an environment that may be stressful due to adversarial situations resulting from the proper performance of duties. Finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
