About the Role We are looking for energetic, upbeat, and professional Customer Service Associates to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls, emails, and chat messages promptly, accurately, and courteously, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Track orders efficiently and accurately, providing timely updates to customers Recognize and respond to cross-sell opportunities, promoting our products and services to customers Resolve customer service problems promptly and accurately, within company guidelines, and in a manner designed to retain and promote customer loyalty Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring a seamless customer experience Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements: Have a dedicated office/space with a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset Be willing to work 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time Have at least 6 months of experience working remotely Have at least two years of experience working in a customer service position, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media Have 1 year of experience working with Zendesk or a customer service ticketing system Have strong computer skills and strong data-entry/keyboard skills Have experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more Be willing to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons Be able to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing (bi-lingual is a plus) Have the ability to manage and resolve conflict quickly and professionally Be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail Have a high school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience Have a customer-first mindset, which is measured through customer experience feedback Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
