Key Responsibilities Humanely assist clients with exploring a range of post-purchase issues, including delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, installation services, and order inquiries Display trustworthiness and commitment to being available and on time for your full shift, ensuring that we are always ready to help our clients when they need us most Handle a high volume of reaches, managing an average of 50-60 calls per shift in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Meet our unparalleled performance bar, striving to exceed customer satisfaction and achieve client care capability metrics, as well as other commitments as assigned Skillfully interact with clients, building relationships and providing personalized support through inbound calls, chats, and messages Listen effectively and show empathy, focusing on understanding client concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the most effective solution for addressing their needs De-escalate client concerns, using your problem-solving skills to transform client needs into business solutions while remaining calm and composed under pressure Issue tackle, thinking efficiently to handle client issues in a first-contact resolution approach, without relying on pre-populated scripts Be taught and perform various tasks, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and separate requests to quickly and effectively answer questions Elevate essential issues, helping us to continually improve and grow, and addressing any examples with drive and initiative Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of essential qualifications, including: Being at least 18 years of age Holding a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in Spanish and English Knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent Ability to commit to a 100% mandatory training period, with no absences, tardiness, or delays Preferred qualifications include previous experience in customer service, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
