Key Responsibilities Model and convey a positive and exceptional client experience, greeting clients, and offering assistance with products and services Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information and process prescriptions Engage clients and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and services, settling client issues and answering inquiries to ensure a positive client experience Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and outstanding client experience Perform various administrative tasks, including processing transactions, handling calls, and maintaining records Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve goals, objectives, and standards, and participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico) Basic computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities Preferred Qualifications At least six months of experience in a retail environment Previous work experience with blithequark or a similar organization Good numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions Good computer skills, including knowledge of store inventory control PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the designated PTCB training program Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
