Job Overview In this full-time work-from-home position, you'll have the opportunity to work with our many cardholders, providing top-notch customer service and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving inquiries, authorizing sales, and maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate and up-to-date computerized customer information, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution Authorize sales and process transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive work environment Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications: 6 months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience Confidence using a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to work in a team environment, promoting collaboration and mutual respect Must be 18 years old or older and have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Must live within a commutable distance of Kansas City, KS, and be willing to attend in-person training sessions as required Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior experience working in a call center or customer service environment Proficiency in multiple software applications, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Strong typing skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer information Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer information Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
