Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our plan members, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans, and answering questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions. You will be the face of blithequark, delivering heart-driven support and solutions to improve our members' healthcare experience. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, offering 20 hours per week, with the possibility of growth and development within the company. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls from plan members, providing information and support regarding their pharmacy benefit plans. Address questions and concerns about prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions. Utilize your knowledge and skills to offer solutions and improve the healthcare experience for our plan members. Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer service and results. Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance requirements. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a call center, retail, customer service, or hospitality environment. Proficiency in Windows-based applications. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to issue resolve in a positive and productive manner. Comfortable engaging with clients in a patient, supportive way that demonstrates genuine concern for improving the client's quality of life. Reliability and compliance with scheduling rules. Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and express confidence and certainty. Strong customer service skills, including telephone etiquette and professionalism. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
