About the Role: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) On-Site We're seeking a talented and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare team in Jacksonville, North Carolina. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering expert customer experiences and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and services. Key Responsibilities: Resolve billing issues and address claims questions/inquiries in a timely and professional manner Address benefits and enrollment questions/inquiries, providing clear and concise information to customers Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect the privacy of customers and maintain confidentiality Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and supportive Utilize technology and software to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary Essential Qualifications: Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting High school diploma or equivalent required A passion for helping others and a strong desire to learn and grow with a global organization Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in customer service or patient advocacy Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and regulations Experience with technology and software, including CRM systems and customer service platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Career Growth and Personal Development at arenaflex At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
