Job Summary The primary function of a Customer Service Representative I at blithequark is to interact with customers, provide information, and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for determining client issues, offering possible solutions, and providing follow-up as needed. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will enable you to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Utilize computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software, to accurately document and record customer/client information. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. 0-2 years of customer service-related experience required. Call Center experience is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively. Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment. Knowledge of customer service software and technology. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to speak multiple languages.
