Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
