Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, telephone, in-person, and at customers' places of business Preparing estimates, implementing work orders, and ensuring timely delivery of finished orders Participating in daily team meetings, executing business and marketing plans, and contributing to the success of our blithequark Center Building long-lasting relationships with customers by turning prospects into loyal clients Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed advice and consultation to customers Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role A high school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) and view a computer screen for extended periods (4 hours or more) Ability to work under pressure to meet high volume, high-quality work standards Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: Experience in the sign industry or a related field Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including customer relationship management (CRM) software Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, services, and technologies Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to adapt quickly to new products, services, and technologies Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building long-lasting relationships Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
