Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in inspiring customer loyalty and enhancing the overall insurance customer experience. Your primary focus will be on providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries, and educating customers about insurance options. You will be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed to ensure their needs are met Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions Proactively assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews to understand their requirements and provide personalized solutions Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong listening skills. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to relate to customers is essential. Additionally, you must be able to obtain a Property Casualty license and a Life and Health license.
