Job Highlights Compensation: A competitive salary range of $70,000.00-$130,000.00, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and additional compensation Location: Remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere and collaborate with our global team Start Date: Immediate openings available, with a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure your success Position: Data Analyst II, with opportunities for career growth and professional development Company: Workwarp, a leader in data-driven business solutions and optimization Key Responsibilities As a Data Analyst II at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of business solutions and optimizing operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Building relationships with stakeholders and identifying business needs to inform data-driven solutions Collecting and analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and develop actionable insights Developing and implementing processes and practices to support data analysis and modeling Creating data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, software engineering, data science, and operations Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our data analysis and modeling capabilities Data Collection and Analysis In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and develop actionable insights. This will include: Utilizing intermediate-level skills in SQL, Python, and Tableau to collect, analyze, and visualize data Addressing business problems by understanding the data source's location, integrating the data, performing subsequent analysis, and visualizing findings on Tableau dashboards Developing processes for the team to monitor and flag any outliers that the data represents Conducting exploratory analysis and informing team and counterparts of the findings Model Development You will also be responsible for developing and implementing models to support data analysis and modeling. This will include: Using existing tools to verify findings and run simulations to test the thesis Formulating technical problems and solutions for data-related challenges Developing and implementing changes for data analysis and modeling Proof of Concept and Testing In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner on pilot programs and contribute to proof-of-concepts for projects. This will include: Partnering on the pilot program and understanding the gaps to provide solutions for implementations across the network Partnering with stakeholders, including business, software engineering, data science, and operations teams Generating new ideas as an output of research and applying knowledge to come up with new information Data Quality Management You will also be responsible for maintaining data governance policies and procedures, including: Maintaining data governance policies and procedures Monitoring data quality metrics and proactively identifying and addressing issues Technical Skillsets To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of technical skillsets, including: Python SQL GCP Tableau Excel Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to meet one of the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a related field 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics-related field Master's degree in supply chain, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a relevant field, with 1 year of experience in analytics-related field Intermediate knowledge of Python, SQL, and Tableau Previous experience in supply chain and transportation Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our employees.
