You will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer support via diverse channels (chat, email, phone, social media) * Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner * Mediating disputes between sellers and buyers to find mutually beneficial solutions * Collaborating with Sales and Experts to improve the overall customer experience * Providing valuable feedback on possibilities for improvements in our services **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer support.
