Our Heart At Work Behaviors support this purpose, empowering our colleagues to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls from Aetna Medicaid members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs * Providing timely and accurate solutions to complex issues, ensuring a positive experience for our members and providers * Utilizing high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable, as Wi-Fi is not permitted * Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals * Collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving * Ability to work from home and prove self-sufficiency * Reliable high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable * Ability to commute to the office in Richmond, VA when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working remotely in a call center setting * Experience with Medicaid and Medicare * Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits and services * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Work Environment and Culture** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.
