Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Member Services team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and professionally assisting our Member Florists with statement questions and order disputes. This is a work-from-home position that requires excellent communication skills, a clear problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering quality service. Key Responsibilities Respond to questions regarding the member's statement and florist order disputes via email and by phone as appropriate. Professionally respond to incoming customer calls and emails, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Process requests using internal computer applications, verifying and validating all information provided by the member prior to submission. Accurately document all calls in the 360 application, ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded and up-to-date. Consistently achieve key indicators and performance standards as defined by management, striving for excellence in customer service delivery. Provide customers with quality service by following the defined company policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous. Read and retain information from departmental memorandums, websites, and training materials to effectively service customers and stay up-to-date with industry developments. Participate in ongoing on-the-job training, including one-on-one sessions with members of management and peer coaching, to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or general equivalency diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Inbound call center experience is desirable, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet navigation, with excellent typing and keyboarding skills. Clear problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions, with a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with good grammar skills and a clear speaking voice. Good listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide persuasive solutions to their queries. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Knowledge of the floral gifting industry, with an appreciation for the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience with internal computer applications, such as CRM software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
