You'll work closely with internal clients to provide shareholder communications, addressing contested proxy meetings and ensuring that our clients' messages are conveyed accurately and effectively. If you're a motivated, customer-focused professional with a strong background in call center experience, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer experiences through inbound, outbound, and email responses, addressing contested proxy meetings and ensuring that our clients' messages are conveyed accurately and effectively * Work closely with internal clients to provide shareholder communications, addressing contested proxy meetings and ensuring that our clients' messages are conveyed accurately and effectively * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, products, and services to provide informed and effective responses * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of shareholder communications campaigns * Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED required * 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience * Good speaking voice and ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a call center environment, with a strong background in customer service and communication * Familiarity with shareholder communications and proxy meetings * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work in a virtual environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools **Equipment Requirements** * MacBook (not preferred, but has to be a current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11) * Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless) * Dual monitors will be benefited, but not required * Ability to come off mute when called on (unacceptable not to participate), materials open and are on the current example that is being shared, and participating in the chat when asked to complete a task * Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee of arenaflex, you'll enjoy a flexible and autonomous work environment, with the freedom to work from anywhere outside of CA.
