The Role: Customer Service Associate – Nights and Weekends In this critical role, you will manage transactions, resolve order-related queries, and foster strong relationships with our sellers and customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound calls and emails from sellers and customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Proactively identify potential order issues, applying critical thinking to resolve problems efficiently and fairly. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the live event industry, including how ticket marketplaces operate and the role of blithequark within this ecosystem. Cultivate strong relationships with sellers, addressing their questions, and ensuring timely confirmation of orders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes, suggesting innovations and enhancements based on customer feedback and industry trends. Here's how your role will evolve over the first 30, 90, and 180 days: First 30 Days: Complete a comprehensive new hire orientation, gaining insights into blithequark's operations, the live event industry, and the skills necessary for success in your role. Acquire knowledge about ticket marketplaces and your contribution to delivering great customer experiences. Begin developing industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify and solve order issues. 60 Days In: Investigate instances where customer experience has been impacted, determining the root cause and resolving issues in a fair and constructive manner. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating beyond traditional customer service responsibilities. Learn to prioritize and manage the order queue, providing real-time assistance where needed. 90 Days and Beyond: Actively engage in ongoing learning to advance your skill sets, contributing to both individual and team goals. Manage inbound seller calls, monitor open and pending orders, and ensure timely confirmations by ticket sellers. What You Bring to the Role To excel as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will possess: Outstanding communication skills , with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
