What You Will Do in This Role As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix + Webhelp, you will: Provide inbound customer support. Help customers resolve technical issues. Assist in correcting billing concerns. Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. Providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. Utilizing strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills to efficiently resolve customer issues. Working various shifts as needed to ensure seamless customer support. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma and/or GED. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required). Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills. The ability to work various shifts as needed. Live within a 40-mile radius of our Valdosta site. Skills and Competencies Required for Success To excel in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
