About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at our McAllen, TX location. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services Upselling products or services when required Qualifications We are looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
