Job Overview In this critical role, you will be working from the comfort of your own home in Illinois, serving as the primary point of contact for our specialty patients who require assistance with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. As a key member of our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you will be responsible for providing timely and empathetic support to our patients, ensuring that their needs are met with care and compassion. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from patients, providing timely and accurate information regarding their prescriptions, orders, and insurance coverage Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve patient inquiries on the first call Demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with patients, providing exceptional customer service and support Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues Meet productivity and quality standards, adhering to established metrics and performance guidelines Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Additionally, you should have: 6+ months of high call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications A verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others Availability to work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, with a scheduled 8-hour shift, 5 days a week Residency within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
