About the Job We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our Client Care team within the Investment Contact Center (ICC) as part of Wealth and Investment Management. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Work in a contact center environment to support financial products and services Identify opportunities to improve the client service experience and provide recommendations to resolve internal and external client issues and achieve first-contact resolution Perform moderately complex customer service tasks Manage risk by following all policies and procedures and staying up-to-date with changes to them Advocate for digital services such as online delivery of statements and other documents, online signature paperwork, and other digital opportunities Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Essential Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and use search tools to find information Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners and clients/customers Basic Microsoft Office skills Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues Preferred Qualifications Experience handling complex transactions and conducting thorough analysis to resolve complex client requests Business industry experience Knowledge of investment terminology Contact center experience A BS/BA degree or higher What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
