Job Overview The Customer Service Representative role at arenaflex is a unique opportunity to interact directly with patients, influencing generic utilization, therapy changes, answering questions, solving problems, providing education, and maintaining our reputation for high-quality service. This position requires independent and self-directed performance while working collaboratively as part of a greater team. The primary focus is on communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with patients to influence generic utilization and therapy changes. Answer questions, solve problems, and provide education to patients. Maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service through exceptional customer interactions. Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications. Conduct numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients stay on their medications and remain adherent and compliant to their therapies. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information. Demonstrate a working knowledge of insurance, health care, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education. Perform routine assessment and problem identification, escalating issues to a pharmacist as necessary. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone. 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application. Must reside in the state of Nevada. Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in health care or a related field. Knowledge of insurance and reimbursement processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
