Our Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) division is a critical component of our business, and we are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our members' drug plans, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating the treatment of our members. You will be the primary point of contact for members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and providing solutions to facilitate their treatment.
