As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a 100% remote role, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative on our RCM Billing team, you will be responsible for: * Answering incoming calls and emails from customers within a 48-hour turnaround time * Assisting customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues * Collecting copays and deductible payments * Maintaining and updating customer and referral information * Ensuring patient forms contain all necessary billing information * Collaborating with the RCM Customer Service Team Lead to resolve complex customer issues * Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty **Education and Experience** This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, but employers often prefer candidates with an associate degree or higher.
