Key Responsibilities Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues with a positive and solution-focused attitude Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management as needed Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently Developing rapport with customers and providing them with personalized solutions and recommendations Offering solutions and alternatives to customers, rather than excuses or apologies Essential Qualifications 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred) 1 year of call center experience (preferred) Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required) Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required) Ability to live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment Strong knowledge of customer service software and technology Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies Excellent customer service attitude and skills Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional Friendly, confident, and self-starting personality Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive and quick troubleshooter with a solution-focused attitude Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
