Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Accurately answer customer questions and provide information about our products and services Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals Utilize our computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and resolve issues Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Requirements for Applicants To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Customer Service Work Experience, 2 years (Required) Call Center Work Experience, 2 years (Preferred) Wired internet connection, not wireless/Wi-Fi (Required) Minimum Internet connection speed of at least 10mbps (Required) Proficient office and computer skills, including 10-key, Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (Required) Minimum 40-45 WPM typing speed (Required) English (Required) Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred) Must be able to obtain a Public Trust 5C Background Investigation after hire (Details provided during interview, if chosen) Essential Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management and organizational skills Professional demeanor and adaptability Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
