You will work closely with our purchasing and activities staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. If you possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chats, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize critical thinking and decisive reasoning skills to determine request/item/conveyance issues and provide effective solutions * Work as the primary contact between blithequark's customers, merchants, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution * Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or answering chats * Provide exceptional customer service, promoting blithequark's products and services in a friendly and professional manner * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions * Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred * Internet business Part Administration Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day instructional class * Past customer service experience preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient business writing skills and ability to compose at a minimum speed of 30 wpm * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off **Preferred Qualifications** * Solid foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief friendly assistance, and phenomenal completion * Ability to adjust and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Ability to take ownership and tackle issues * Ability to exhibit acquiring and thinking skills * Strong time management skills * Bilingual capabilities an asset **Work Environment and Culture** blithequark is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming work environment.
