Handle 30-45 customer calls per day, assisting with inquiries ranging from order tracking to resolving package errors, and providing personalized support to customers. Utilize Live Chat for real-time problem-solving, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution for the customer and embodying our commitment to exceptional service. Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor when necessary, acting as the initial point of contact for our company and ensuring seamless issue resolution. Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all customer interactions, providing a positive and engaging customer experience that reflects our company's values. Requirements: The Skills and Qualities We're Looking For Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education and commitment to personal development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage customers positively over the phone and in writing, ensuring effective and empathetic communication. Proficient in basic computer applications, including Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs/Sheets), demonstrating technical skills and adaptability.
