Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional support, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our East Coast Support Team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
