Job Overview The Customer Service Representative role at blithequark is a full-time, hourly position that interacts with our customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate order transactions. As a key member of our team, you will provide an outstanding customer experience through timely and precise communication, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers via phone, email, or online chat to provide exceptional service and support Collect and enter orders for our products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Field customer questions and concerns, developing resolutions and taking appropriate actions Manage the flow of sales orders for internal sales partners, confirming accuracy and ensuring seamless execution Maintain customer records in our CRM and other business systems, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals Assist with various projects and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities Competencies and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, including active listening and attention to detail. You should be service-oriented, organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, with the ability to learn new software and adapt to customer service trends based on customer communication and feedback. Essential qualifications include: AA degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven customer support experience with the ability to adapt and respond to different situations Professional, outgoing, and service-oriented demeanor Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a B2B setting Proficient in Microsoft Office Preferred qualifications include: Experience with CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems Familiarity with Zendesk and Asana Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
