Job Overview The Customer Service Representative role at blithequark is a full-time, hourly position that interacts with our customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate order transactions. As a key member of our team, you will provide an outstanding customer experience through timely and precise communication, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers via phone, email, or online chat to provide exceptional service and support Collect and enter orders for our products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Field customer questions and concerns, developing resolutions and taking appropriate actions Manage the flow of sales orders for internal sales partners, confirming accuracy and ensuring seamless execution Maintain customer records in our CRM and other business systems, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals Assist with various projects and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities Competencies and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, including active listening and attention to detail.
