Job Overview In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from store partners seeking guidance or support. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, creating tickets for assistance and follow-up purposes, and conducting basic troubleshooting. As a skilled communicator and detail-oriented individual, you will thrive in this role, working independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Answering incoming calls from store partners and responding to their queries and concerns Creating tickets with details from calls and ensuring accurate documentation Conducting basic troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently Following written instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality Handling forms and documents sent by suppliers and ensuring timely processing Demonstrating excellent note-taking and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you should be a self-motivated and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
