Your primary responsibilities will include: * **Verifying and revivifying benefits**: You will ensure that patients' benefits are accurate and up-to-date, and make any necessary adjustments. * **Translating and entering new or refill prescriptions**: You will accurately translate and enter prescriptions into our pharmacy information system, ensuring that patients receive their medications on time. * **Communicating and collecting copay amounts**: You will communicate with patients to collect copay amounts and ensure that they understand their financial responsibilities. * **Obtaining authorizations**: You will work with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to obtain authorizations for patients' medications. * **Screening, identifying, resolving, and deferring orders**: You will identify and resolve any issues with patients' orders, including accounts receivable or clinical issues. **Schedule** Our Customer Service Representatives work Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 7:30 PM EST.
