You'll provide expert assistance as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers, and operations, promoting health and wellness and guiding our patients through their healthcare journey. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle a wide range of calls (inbound and outbound) that include order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance or changes in service * Provide expert assistance as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers, and operations * Promote health and wellness and guide our patients through their healthcare journey, offering resources and information to ensure that they get the very best care * Document interactions and keep accurate records of customer communications, ensuring all details are logged and tracked for follow-up or reporting purposes **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle each call with professionalism even in a high-stress situation * Flexible schedule, with the ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation * Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required * Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with adherence to established metrics * Requires reliable internet connectivity and not a mobile hotspot * Experience operating in a similar remote capacity preferred **Why Our Customer Service Representatives are so Important** Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and family members, and play a critical role in shaping their overall experience.
