**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity at arenaflex**

You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations. **Key Responsibilities** These are the fundamental elements of the job, but there may be additional responsibilities and tasks that are not mentioned here. The management team will adjust the work or require different tasks to be performed when functionally necessary, while ensuring any legal commitments, including any collective bargaining commitments, are met. * Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets * Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations * Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations * Perform traveler check-in and boarding tasks (excluding curbside), correct oversold seat tasks, and issue upgrades * Issue vouchers and direct with project workers for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinate refuel and refresh * Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/check * Work entryway reader/scanner and related tasks to include pre-boarding, observing/checking carryon items and departure line models * Work jetways/spans for the purpose of boarding and deplaning travelers * Make boarding and departure gate announcements * Convey domestic/international flight records * Perform traveler service flight close-out methods * Accept, check, and label travelers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters * Maintain schedule of flight boarding process * Perform customer service hands-on training * Process and complete credit card baggage exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Assist travelers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling at ticket counters * Line up at ticket counter stands and ticket counters * Clear/confirm international records at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Accept and activate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations * Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or unaccompanied minors * Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements * Have regular and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any obligatory overtime requirements * Answer and assist during security and emergency situations * Provide interfacing traveler door information * Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's policies * Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and performance guidelines * Complete task-related stages of training * Comply with applicable laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA) * Utilize various internal resources/frameworks including during customer interactions * Wear uniform as required by organizational policy **Sensible accommodations may be made for qualifying individuals with disabilities.** **Depending on your airport size, you may also perform the following:** * Perform Traveler Activity Control capabilities including air to ground communication along with Peak capabilities * Help international travelers through customs/migration, including baggage re-check * Convey tickets, international flight reports, and customs/migration forms **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: + Education: Bachelor's degree + Bilingual language skills required in certain areas + Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must meet FAA criminal history verifications to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identification, if applicable + Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet organizational and security requirements + Must be approved to work in the U.S. * Preferred Qualifications: + Training and previous professional experience + Working knowledge of Sabre or other Traveler Service System + Past face-to-face customer service experience **What You'll Get** Join the arenaflex team and enjoy the following benefits: * Medical benefits: From day one, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay healthy.
