You'll work in a designated retail location, where you'll have the opportunity to connect with customers, resolve issues, and make a positive impact on their shopping experience. **Key Responsibilities** Some of your key responsibilities as an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate may include: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including adhering to safety guidelines and protocols * Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site * Using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are properly processed and stored **Physical Demands** As a Customer Service Associate at an Amazon Locker+ retail location, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items around. You'll also be required to go up and down stairs (where applicable) and be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week. **What it's Like at an Amazon Locker+ Location** Our Amazon Locker+ locations are designed to provide a safe and comfortable working environment for our associates.
